STEP three - SCHEDULING & permits

Once you’ve signed the contract, we will need to schedule the roofing project on a time and date that works for you. Our team will order materials for your project which should arrive before the build date. We will also go over our project checklist to keep your property safe and clear.

We will also make sure to begin the permitting process with the city, to ensure compliance with structural building codes and requirements.

STEP Four - Build Day

The morning of the build day, or the day prior, we will have materials delivered on site. Before beginning the project we will set up tarps and dumpster for trash and debris collection.

After this, we will begin the process of removing your old roof and installing the new one. This is our chance to assess the decking. We will assess the quality of the surface and notify you if there will be any additional charges.

STEP FIVE - Quality Assurance

During the roofing process, the City may send an inspection to ensure that the roof is being completed in compliance with building codes. Some Inspectors require the work to haled half way, in order to assess the quality.

After the work is complete, we will perform a final inspection to ensure that the roof is properly installed. We will also do a final clean up to make sure we leave your property better than it was before.
